Javier Ostos Mora Passes Away
Javier Ostos Mora, ISHOF Honoree, UANA Founder, twice president of FINA and the man who helped bring the Olympic Games to Mexico City in 1968, passed away on November 6, in Mexico City. He was 85 years old. Ostos Mora was instrumental in promoting swimming throughout the world, but especially in Central and South America and the Caribbean regions.
